The Saint Vincent
Center is unique in
its approach to providing quality care for all children between the ages of
3 and 10. The center’s philosophy
flows from three basic beliefs which govern its programming:
1) Children should be allowed to be children. We expect a three-year old to be three,
and a four year old to be four, without the pressure to prepare for the
next age or developmental stage.
2) Children learn best from each other, and they need to
explore safely and experiment with their environment.

Program Services for Children
ages 3 through 10
A part-time morning program is
available for three, four, or five mornings a week,
between the hours of 9:00am and 1:00pm.
The full-time preschool program is
available five days a week throughout the school year.
Extended Day Kindergarten / School Age:
A “before and after” program is
offered during the school year
for children attending the local public
and parochial schools.
Parents must provide transportation
to the Center each morning and home in the evenings.
To meet the needs of working parents,
this program will remain open a full day on holidays
and during school vacations on a sign-up basis.
