WELCOME TO CCD PROGRAM AT ST.VINCENT FERRER CHURCH

In response to the conern expressed by many in having CCD program in our church premises, in consultation with the parish council a decision was made to start CCD at St.Vincent Ferrer Church, beginning this fall (2023).

The Religious Education program (for 3-12 year olds) is called Catechesis of the Good Shepherd(CGS). It is based on the Montessori principles of education. It takes place in a specially designed room called an atrium, where all furnishings and materials are specifically designed to meet the development needs of the children who participate. Classes are held weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays. Children are grouped by ages.

Level 1: 3- 6 year olds Level II: 6-9 year olds Level III: 9-12 year olds

Young Adult Youth

Middle schoolers grades 7 & 8 and confirmation Prep Grades 9 – 10 will meet weekly on Sunday mornings between 9.00 am and 10.15 am.
